SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Policy: 

Normal shipping time is 4-6 weeks, or sooner. If an item is marked RTS, it will ship within 2-3 business days. 

Custom orders take longer depending on what is ordered.

Normally as follows:

     - Custom Clays: 8-12 weeks

     - Custom Ribbon: 6 weeks

     - Custom nameplates: 6-8 weeks

TAT for customs are discussed when placing order. We appreciate your patience while we wait on your customized materials to arrive.  

Please note: if you order multiple bows it might take a little longer to receive.

Shipping Carrier: 

We ship smaller packages through USPS First Class mail. Larger packages are sent priority mail through USPS. 

ALL BOWS ARE SHIPPED IN BOXES, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Refund Policy: 

All refunds and returns for bows are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to help to make sure that you are. 

If you feel an item is unsatisfactory, please email a written explanation (including pictures) of why the item should be considered for a refund within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description made by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Refunds are only given if the item does not match the description given at time of sale. 

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

All CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please note, when I make a custom items they may take some extra time to find the best materials for your bow. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders. We will discuss turn around time when placing your order.
